Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency may vary based on your interactions with us, your membership activity, and which Programs you participate in. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may charge you for text messages according to your mobile plan, and you are responsible for any such charges.

Opt-In

You may opt in to receive messages from us by submitting a form on our website that includes consent language, enrolling in the Advosy Membership, requesting text or email updates, providing your information during a service interaction, or otherwise agreeing to receive communications.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or service.

Opt-Out (STOP)

To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message we send you. After you send STOP, we may send you a one-time confirmation message. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive messages from that specific Program, but you may still receive messages from other Programs you have joined unless and until you opt out of those Programs as well.

Carrier Disclosure

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Availability and message delivery performance may be affected by your carrier's coverage and network conditions.

Mobile Information Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, text-message consent information, or opt-out status with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share this information only with service providers that help us deliver text messages (such as messaging platforms, phone companies, and other vendors assisting with SMS delivery) or as required by law.

Post-Project Surveys and Review Requests

After a project or service is completed by Advosy or any participating Advosy Family company, we may contact you by phone, SMS/MMS, or email to:
